Q. How do I add a personalised message to my order?
A. Once you have added your chosen piece of jewellery to your basket and are ready to ‘check-out’ click on the writing that says ‘Add a note to your order.’ Add the exact message that you would like on the backing inside your box.

Q. Can I add a separate gift note to my order?
A. Yes sure! Search for ‘Gift note’  in the search bar and select ‘Gift note’ from the list of products. Add the message you would like included on your gift note at check out by clicking on the writing that says ‘Add a note to your order.’

Q. I don’t know what ring size I am, is there something I can do to find it out?
A. Yes, check out the ring size guide here

Q. Can I post my order directly to the recipient?
A. Yes. At checkout, when adding your address make sure that the delivery address is the address you would like the jewellery delivered to.

Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?
A. I aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, however, if I don't have all the elements I need to complete your order it may take a couple of days.

Q. Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
A. Yes, but the sooner you let me know the better, as if I have all the elements needed to make your piece of jewellery I aim to post it out as soon as I can.

Q. How will my jewellery come packaged?
A. Unless otherwise stated, all pieces of jewellery will come presented in branded eco-friendly gift boxes, posted within a protective cardboard postage box. All necklaces and bracelets come with a complimentary polishing cloth.
